Community Outreach Specialist

As part of a regional team and under general supervision will have responsibilities to provide a wide range of activities in support of older persons to assist with their maintaining independence as they age in their communities and support of caregivers.  Duties will include community outreach, public speaking, teaching evidence based classes, case management, caregiver support activities and coordination of nutrition meal program.
